Tell me where I am wrong. The government produces nothing. It only takes and distributes. So it takes $2,000 from me, puts it in their pocket then gives it to someone else. That someone else promises to pay it back, but the government says no you don’t have to pay it back, it was a bad loan with high interest rates, so we forgive you. 

However, the government still wants the $2,000, so they come back to me and take it again in taxes. I only use the $2,000 because that is what it will cost every tax-paying person in the U.S. in taxes to make up this giveaway.
