Susanne Marie Fowler

Susanne Marie Fowler (Little) (White) (Childs) (Ary) passed 5/08/23 surrounded by family. She grew up in Toledo where she graduated from Toledo high school in 1972. She had two children Merrie (Little) Peles and Larry Little while married to Robbie Little. She helped out the family business, Fowlers Yaquina Pacific Oysters for many years before she remarried and move to the Albany area in the early 80’s. While there she met Terrance Child’s where she remarried and then relocated to Northern California. While there she went on many trips across Europe and eventually moved to the San Diego area for a few years. Eventually she met Brock Ary where they lived on a sailboat for quite some time before moving to Silver City NM. Eventually moved back to Oregon and bought a house in Yachats. After she moved to Waldport where she enjoyed beachcombing, collecting agates and anything that caught her fancy. She truly loved the beach and would spend most of her time there. She loved animals and volunteered at a local shelter. She is preceded in death by her father George Fowler and her mother Betty Fowler. Survivors include her bother Gerry, sister Linda and her two kids Merrie and Larry along with 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Her ashes will be spread with her dog Itty Bitty at her favorite beach location along the Oregon coast. Donations in her memory can be made at any local animal shelter. She will be greatly missed.
