Leonard Lewis Anderson

Leonard passed December 24, 2021 after long battled with Parkinson’s disease. He was born and raised in Toledo, Oregon on June 26, 1943 to Leonard and Doris Anderson. He graduated from Toledo High School in 1961. Leonard is preceded in death by his first wife of 29 years and high school sweetheart, Kathy Anderson and their infant son Mark Anderson. He is Survived by their daughter and son in law Kayleen and Alan Davis,(Logsden, OR) Leonard is survived by his Wife Kaye Anderson (Siletz, Or), of 30 years. Step Sons Doug Russell, (Nyssa, OR) Don Russell (Winchester Bay, OR),Step Daughter Debby VanHoorebeke (Cheshire, OR). Numerous Grandchildren, Step Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Step Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Leonard worked for decades and retired millwright from Toledo GP Mill. He was a honest, loyal, devoted family man, an avid hunter and fisherman, friend to many, a great man always ready to lend a hand, a unsung hero who helped save a family in the flood of 1996. Leonard is also preceded in death by his parents, his younger siblings, sister, Rhonda Hamstreet and brother Rodney Anderson. No memorial services will be held as Leonard wished. He will be dearly missed.
