The trial date for one of two men charged in the killing of a Logsden man in February of last year was moved up seven months after the judge granted a motion to sever his case from his co-defendant’s.

Gavin Epperson, 28, and Donovan Carey-Bennett, 24, both of Siletz, are charged with second-degree murder, as well as other offenses, in the shooting death of Richard Mann, of Logsden.
