A delegation from Newport’s sister city of Mombetsu, Japan, will visit Newport on an upcoming cultural exchange. It arrives on May 16 and depart on May 19. While this is a very quick visit, the Newport Sister City Committee has been planning an informative and fun cultural exchange for the delegation.
