Shannon Rae Card and Jeffrey Keith Booth, of Ridgeland, Miss., will be married on Sunday, May 30, 2021, in Jackson, Miss.
The bride is the daughter of Steve and Teri Card, of Newport, Ore. The groom is the son of Patrick Booth, of Austin, Texas, and Kim Darby, of Batesville, Miss.
The ceremony will be officiated by Coy Jones, grandfather of the bride. The bride will be given away by her father.
The bride will wear a simple white ball gown wedding dress and a necklace given to her by her father. Attendants will wear navy floor-length gowns.
Bridesmen will be Daniel Card, of Lynn Haven, Fla., and John Card, of Philadelphia, Pa., both brothers of the bride. Bridesmaids will be Stephanie Card, sister-in-law, of Lynn Haven, and Shannon McHale, future sister-in-law, of Philadelphia.
The best man will be Joshua Booth, brother of the groom, of Austin. Groomsmen will be Chip Baker, of Southhaven, Miss., Flannel Gary, of Nashville, Tenn., and Roger Mitchell, of Biloxi, Miss.
A reception following the wedding will be held at Char Restaurant.
The couple plans to honeymoon in the Redwoods of Northern California.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Newport High School. She is currently employed as a sales specialist at Great Southern Industries in Jackson.
The groom graduated from high school in Batesville in 2001. He owns Allegiance Staffing in Southaven and Jackson.
