These are issues that will be addressed in a balance exercise and education program offered through the Newport Recreation Center. Each 60-minute class has a 20-minute education segment and 40-minute exercise segment. The six-week class is held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Fridays, beginning May 26 and going through June 30.
