Salon Ethos owner teaches in New York

Sixteen years ago, Salon Ethos owner Liz Rose-Worman attended her first class at the Redken Exchange — “Color and Know Why,” with Ellen Lawlor, Lori Zabel and Daniel Doud. “I was blown away by the experience, being in New York City for the first time, the quality of the education, the facilitators' expertise at bringing out new levels of skills in the students. Right then, I set an intention to teach there some day,” she recalled. Rose-Worman has since lost count of how many exchange classes she has attended as a student, an educator, an assistant to facilitators, a photo shoot production assistant, and in other roles, but she's loved them all. And this year, in April, she was able to achieve her goal of being a facilitator at the Redken Exchange.
