Oregon ballot measures are about as popular with Republicans this political season as their Democratic opponents.
The Oregon Republican Party State Central Committee voted this week to oppose five ballot measures in the Nov. 4 general election.
The state central committee gave thumbs down to measures 86, 88, 90, 91 and 92. But the group did manage to take no stance on measures 87 and 89.
The state central committee took particular exception to Measure 90, saying it opposed the proposal in its “entirety!” As if saying “no” wasn’t enough.For the complete article see the 08-29-2014 issue.
