LINCOLN CITY — Bail was set at $115,000 in the felony case of a Lincoln City man, who allegedly shot and killed his dog while under the influence of an intoxicant.
Daryl Walter Hugulet, 67, faces one count each of aggravated animal abuse in the first degree, and unlawful use of a weapon in connection with the July 21 incident.
He was advised of the charges at hearing Wednesday in Lincoln County Circuit Court before Judge Paulette Sanders, records show. Hugulet is being held at Lincoln County Jail.
He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing July 29 at circuit court.
