Approximately 700 Pacific Power customers in the Delake and Nelscott areas of Lincoln City will be without electricity overnight Thursday and into Friday morning so that Pacific Power crews can safely relocate electrical equipment and facilities for the next phase of the ongoing ODOT Highway 101 Nelscott Project.
The outage is scheduled to begin at 11 p.m. Thursday and could last until 6 a.m. Friday. Customers in the affected area have been notified individually about the outage.
This is the third scheduled outage in the area this year to accommodate the highway widening project, and a final one is scheduled for next week.
If customers have questions about the planned outage, they can call Pacific Power at 1-888-221-7070.
Any outages during that time in other parts of the community should continue to be reported to Pacific Power at 1-877-508-5088.
