Residents express concerns over Cyclone Marine repeat
TOLEDO — Amidst resident concerns over past grievances, the Toledo City Council narrowly amended a municipal code to include food and/or beverage production as a conditional use in its commercial zoning district.
Before the amendment, only light-industrial and industrial zones were allowed to do the production.
The vote passed 3-2 with councilwoman Jill Lyon and Mayor Ralph Grutzmacher voting nay. Councilors Michele Johnson and Jack Dunaway were absent.
