A sewage spill occurred Tuesday at Lincoln City’s wastewater treatment plant due to a lagoon discharge pipeline that broke.
The spill lasted for about an hour, resulting in an estimated 80,000 gallons of partially treated wastewater being discharged into Schooner Creek at the treatment plant outfall east of the Schooner Creek Bridge.
