A step up the ladder at Coast Guard Station Depoe Bay

DEPOE BAY – A Labor Day promotion ceremony at U.S. Coast Guard Station Depoe Bay saw the advancement of William “Billy” Cline to Machinery Technician First Class, but he wasn’t the only member of the tight Coast Guard family to rise up the ladder.
