ODOT has new fire to finish Highway 20

NEWPORT Nearly a year after powder monkeys blew up a series of newly constructed bridges that were doomed by slapdash engineering, the Oregon Department of Transportation has a new fire in its belly to finish the U.S. Highway 20 project.
