Depoe Bay dockworker pleads case Tuesday before city council

DEPOE BAY — Holding aloft the evidence to clear his name in the meltdown of a panel in the harbor electric shack, an unrepentant dockworker told members of the Depoe Bay City Council Tuesday they owed him an apology for giving him the third degree.
