School board keeps distance from stolen plaque incident at Lincoln City school

LINCOLN CITY Three months after it was discovered missing from a bleacher stadium at Taft High School and later found bullet-riddled and broken, a memorial plaque that celebrated civic involvement has once again galvanized the community.
