Female deckhands find ‘reel’ work rewarding

When she’s not studying for her captain’s license, Marybeth Head is hoisting crab pots from the briny depths, rigging tackle with bait that smells like a wrestler’s socks and trying to convince green-gilled customers that they’re not dying but having the time of their lives.
