The bridges of Depoe Bay

The Depoe Bay Bridge, 312-feet long, includes decorative arched railings typical among Conde McCullough’s signature designs featuring Gothic spires, art deco obelisks, and Romanesque arches.


DEPOE BAY – Spanning the mouth of the Depoe Bay harbor and nearby Rocky Creek are two historically significant bridges designed by the legendary engineer Conde B. McCullough (May 30, 1887 – May 5, 1946), whose brilliant designs were known for their architectural beauty, efficiency and economy.
