Doppelganger librarian mistaken for Lincoln City mayor

LINCOLN CITY — The angular face under a wavy shock of white hair, a salt-and-pepper beard and a tall, trim frame are distinctive physical characteristics that help Mayor Dick Anderson stand out in a crowd at city hall.
