Lincoln City buys bankrupt development

LINCOLN CITY – A bold and secretive move by the Lincoln City Council to buy a troubled development for a low-ball price has added 363 acres of property to the city’s inventory and ended a long-running public drama over the fate of The Villages at Cascade Head.
