A popular bumper sticker along the Oregon coast is a subtle oval that reads simply “Wag more, bark less.” As pleasant and encouraging as this little bit of decorative philosophy is, it has no place in Lincoln City on April 21. On that Sunday, barks (and wags galore) will be not only accepted, but encouraged, during the annual “Beach Bark.”
