Blessing of the Fleet

Newport Loyalty Day court member Kiana Murray and local clergymen wave to the F/V Pacific during the annual Blessing of the Fleet event held Saturday afternoon on Newport’s Yaquina Bay. Vessels of all sizes and commercial purposes took the opportunity to receive the blessings of local ministers for the coming season.
