Singing barista hits high notes over coffee

Hannah Lamb

LINCOLN CITY — Hannah Lamb has a new stage, where fortunate customers of Pirate Coffee Co. can hear the a cappella strains of a gospel tune or a rock classic amid the hisses of a coffee machine as the talented songstress works on her audition for “The Voice.”

It’s easy to hear why her ongoing gigs are boosting the gate at The Eventuary, 560 SW Coast Street, where she appears the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., with talented keyboardist Leon Forrest. The concerts demand no cover, but donations are accepted, and guests should bring their own beverages or box lunches.
