Fugitive cornered in Lincoln City

LINCOLN CITY — Police surrounded an oceanfront motel in Lincoln City Tuesday morning, cornering a fugitive wanted for murdering his grandparents in Seattle after they picked him up from a Washington State prison and held a party to fete his release.
