More than 20 sword swallowers will be “dropping swords” at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditoriums worldwide this Saturday in celebration of the sixth annual World Sword Swallower’s Day.
In Newport, “Twisted Trystan” will display his sword swallowing talents at a free show in front of the Newport Seafood and Wine Festival, which Ripley’s Newport sponsors. The show will start at 1:30 p.m. with an official “swallow” at 2:23:13 p.m. to coincide with the date.
