The Oregon Music Teachers Association announces a special benefit concert for the Newport Performing Arts Center to be held at the PAC at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24. Admission is by donation.

“The Lincoln County District of the Oregon Music Teachers Association has long benefited from our wonderful performing arts center. OCCA (Oregon Coast Coalition of the Arts) is currently raising funds to remodel and expand the PAC. We decided this winter spotlight should benefit those efforts,” said Rita Warton, president. “So, we are joining with other PAC users from the local theater companies to raise money for the PAC expansion.”
