Author and publisher Julie Fast to speak Feb. 19

Bestselling author and eMedia publisher Julie Fast will present a workshop on E-Publishing at the February meeting of Willamette Writers Coast Chapter. The event takes place from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, in the Newport Public Library’s McEntee meeting room at 35 NW Nye St. in Newport. The event is free and open to the public.
