Joseph A. Ouska

Joseph A. Ouska, 92, of Pacific City, Ore., died Feb. 8, 2013 at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital in Lincoln City.

He was born March 27, 1920 to William and Marie (Bicek) Ouska in Haugen, Wis. No services are planned at this time.

Pacific View Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
