Local lovers of bluegrass, and its modern incarnation of “rootsgrass,” have a date for Valentine’s Day. It’s Lindsay Lou, who will bring her progressive roots band, the Flatbellys, to the Lincoln City Cultural Center at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14.
