Japanese tsunami survivors to be featured Feb. 15-16 in Lincoln City

Chinook Winds Casino & Resort will be the epicenter of a beach cleanup and public workshops Feb. 15-16, featuring survivors from the “Great East Japan Earthquake” of March 2011 that left nearly 16,000 people dead and about 3,000 missing.
