County seeks public input at two hearings

Under consideration is plan to make commission seats nonpartisan

The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners will conduct two public hearings on Feb. 13 and 20, both at 9:30 a.m. in the board of commissioners’ hearing room 108 in the Lincoln County Courthouse, 225 W. Olive St. in Newport.
