Whether people are in business or not, the Affordable Health Care Act is on the way. On Tuesday, Feb. 12, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Oregon Coast Community College Small Business Development Center is asking a panel of local professionals to discuss the changes in the nation’s way of offering health care insurance. The discussion will take place at the OCCC campus at 400 SE College Way in South Beach.
