Oil painting classes offered in Newport, Waldport

Artist Linda Luckini will offer two oil painting classes in February.

The first class is Monday, Feb. 11, at the Newport Eagles #2817. Students will learn how to paint a 16- by 20-inch painting of an “All American Eagle” in flight with a mountain background.
