Lincoln City Council agrees to sink $25,000 into ‘Hoop it Up’ promotion

LINCOLN CITY — The Lincoln City Council this week authorized a $25,000 award to a local company, All Ways Traveling & Promotions, which plans to stage a two-day basketball tournament at the Tanger Outlet Center.
