Newport wrestlers humbled by Stayton

On the far right wall of the Newport wrestling room, high above the dark blue mats and inspirational messages that make up the fabric of the Cub program, sits an anonymous passage that reads like something out a Winston Churchill biography – “Courage is not defined by those who fought and did not fall,” it says, “but those who fought, fell and rose again.”
