Lincoln County OSU Extension Regional Administrator Sam Angima announces the Feb. 1 arrival of the new 4-H agent for Lincoln County, Todd Williver. Hired to support the 4-H program full time, Williver comes to Lincoln County from the Deschutes County OSU Extension Service. He has worked with the extension service in central Oregon since the summer of 2005.
Williver began his career managing the BIT (Business and Information Technology) Mobile, a portable science lab that traveled around the state delivering science-based programming based on local needs. In 2009, he moved into the 4-H office in Deschutes County as a program coordinator. His forte has been non-traditional, science-based and outdoor education and recreation programming in the after-school or school enrichment setting.
