Police say Lincoln City man who was carrying guns broke no laws

LINCOLN CITY — Authorities say that a man who strutted along a sidewalk of busy Highway 101 in Lincoln City with an assault rifle and a holstered pistol broke no laws and was not cited after worried callers alerted 9-1-1.
