Hospital to collect real-time feedback

Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital (SPCH) recently implemented the Client IQ customer survey system by Qualitick in the emergency department in an effort to quickly and accurately capture patient satisfaction data.

Client IQ enables emergency room patients to complete a customized survey via a touch screen monitor in the waiting area before leaving. The survey takes about one minute to complete, and the emergency department manager and physicians are alerted immediately when a patient reveals a concern about their care.
