Search of vehicle at Ona Beach leads to arrest of Waldport man

Around 9 p.m. on Jan. 15, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy David Hawley located a vehicle in Ona Beach State Park north of Seal Rock with license plates on it that belonged to another vehicle.
