Carol L. Wagoner

Carol L. Wagoner, 73, of Newport, Ore., died Jan. 19, 2013 at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport.

She was born Dec. 1, 1939 to Al and Rose Austin in Portland, Ore. A complete obituary will follow at a later date.
