Drawing workshop offered at visual arts center Jan. 26

“Drawing in Perspective for the Artist,” a drawing workshop for all levels, will be taught by Dr. Peter O’Boyle on Saturday, Jan. 26, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Newport Visual Arts Center, at 777 NW Beach Dr.

Learn the basic principles of one, two and three point perspective drawing. Learn to depict with clarity street scenes, architectural subjects and simple structures. Add the element of realism to compositions.
