Tsunami sirens erected in Depoe Bay

DEPOE BAY — Nearly two years after a March 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Japan rocked this tiny port, damaging a municipal dock and rattling city officials, a company hired to gird the town with sirens is finishing the job.
