Most of the county’s high schools have a program in place to assist students in finding scholarship information and help in meeting deadlines to apply for colleges and trade school. It also helps with apprenticeships or other job information. That program, called Access to Student assistance Programs In Reach of Everyone (or ASPIRE, for short) is currently in place at Taft High 7-12, Newport High and Prep Academy and Toledo Junior/Senior High.
