Sometimes great players can cement their status by competing their best when ill.

Riddled with a bug that nauseated her stomach and glugged the liveliness from her limbs, Newport’s Jasmine Wagner didn’t think she’d be able to play in the Lady Cubs’ game versus Molalla on Monday.
