Pistol safety classes offered in Toledo

The Big Timber Rifle and Pistol Club is hosting an NRA basic pistol class for individuals and couples at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Timbers Restaurant in Toledo, followed by live fire exercises at the Big Timber Range on Wade Road in Siletz on Sunday, Jan. 13, at 9 a.m.

A second class, this one for women only, will be held the next weekend, Jan. 19 and 20, following the same Saturday/Sunday schedule.
