After more than a decade without any heat, the 28,000-square-foot Pacific Maritime & Heritage Center has a new heating system.
Paul Schneidecker of Heating and Air of Newport installed the system using the existing duct system, which was in good condition. The heating system requires two large gas furnaces and has programmable thermostats.
