The very first Thanksgiving meal ever served at the Newport Senior Center was made possible by a motorcycle club. In fact, they even helped complete the kitchen where it was prepared. Thirty years later, ABATE (A Brotherhood Against Totalitarian Enactments), continues to make that holiday tradition possible for seniors in our community.
