Abbigail Blake Wafford was born at 5:09 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2012 at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport, Ore. She weighed 8 pounds, 13 ounces.

She is the daughter of Brittany Rogers and Kyler Wafford, of Toledo, Ore.

Grandparents are Sharon Rogers, of Toledo; and Marry and Jay Miller of Salem, Ore.

Great-grandparent is Ina Rogers, of Toledo.
