Governor signs state tsunami plan

Funding for clean up still an issue to be resolved

Gov. John Kitzhaber signed the Oregon Japan Tsunami Marine Debris Plan on Tuesday, slightly more than six months after a large Japanese dock made international headlines when it floated onto Agate Beach.
